Mantic vs Monster clutch
These seem to be the go to clutch's for people shooting for 800-900whp.
Does anyone have any experience with both clutch's? I daily drive the car so comfort is important!
It's a 2008 Coupe. LS3 car with an A&A kit. So it needs to handle power with the future setup hopefully making damn near 1000.
It's between the Mantic 9000 and Monster LT1-SC.

NOTE: I am heavily leaning towards the LT1-SC.

No experience with the monster but I've had the Mantic twin and loved it and love my Mantic triple even more.

Mantic Twin at 837whp works awesome for me on the street. Drives like stock. No experience with Monster.

mantic twin
I'm running the mantic twin 9000 as well, street and road course driving ~700rwhp drives like stock. Well, 1st can "buck" if you come off the clutch way wrong but that mostly went away after it broke in and I got used to how to release in 1st, but 2nd through 6th smooth as stock.

Organic has a lower heat threshold and will glaze over with aggressive driving. Organic has better pedal effort, but the Mantic cerametallic is so close to stock pedal feel that you will hardly know the difference.

I have never heard of the Cerametallic before. So I just looked it up. Over $2000! Sorry, but that's slightly out of my budget for a clutch. :-[

Contact ECS, I bet they can beat that. I paid around $1600 for mine.

So with a bit of hesitation, I went with what my shop recommended. I have the LT1-S Triple going in next week! I will report back!

Monster LT1-S Triple is in my car now!
It's fantastic. It feels incredible. Bites real hard. Super, super easy to drive.
Very happy about my choice.

Good to hear. Are you planning on turning up the boost anytime soon?
