Lowest I could get my 07 base on stock bolts with the rubber bushings NOT cut is 26" front and 27 1/8" ds, and 27.5" pass side. I'm sure cutting the bolts would drop it another 1/2" or more but then I would be scraping the curb to my driveway.
I wouldn't want mine much lower in my area, roads are pretty ratty honestly. I have had my long tubes connect with the pavement more than a few times. It is not a good feeling knowing your engine just took a good shot right from the road underneath you....
if you want a slammed look, there is a company that makes air bag style shocks for the C6 and you can adjust ride height and slam it when stopped. I looked into it but have decided to just go with some nice coil overs when I do the suspension. Simple is good.
if your looking for the import "Stance" look, prepare to be well received by almost no one....Corvette owners can be very particular about their genre of car being modified. I say its your car, do what you want with it.
I lowered the front of mine on stock bolts and it appears to be much lower than yours. I tried with all my might to get the back bolts to turn, but couldn't get them to budge. Anyway, just thought it was interesting that ours look quite a bit different.
Little bit of a correction!! Mine WAS lowered all the way on the stock bolts and it looked just like yours, it was too low for my liking scraped curbs and seemed to handle funny. So I turned the front bolts about a half inch which brought me from about 25" to 26". The rear bolts were also lowered all the way but I left them and I like the rake/stance much better.
