Video Knocking From Engine Low Oil Pressure Warning (Mod please remove other thread)
I posted earlier this morning without video. I added video to other thread but couldn't change title so made new thread so folks would know to look for video.
Are bearings bad? What do you think. You see mileage at 115k. Ive only had car since October. Not a DD car. I don't drive it hard. It hasnt leaked out any oil. @4500 mi since Ive had it. Most of that in 2 long trips.
Other question is shop recommendations in Atlanta, Ga. Vengance says they wont do something like this. Would like some feedback.

I should mention also that I had the harmonic balancer replaced right when I bought the car it actually had a squeaking noise which I figured was the belt. I will check the belt however.

Are you sure that the flywheel/flex plate are tight?
Drain and filter the oil as a step 1. A knock like that if internal will definitely be producing metal.
