Default Power steering leak. Remove pulley?

Ls7.. Just had cam/head work. Drove maybe 15 miles and lost power steering. Traced it down to the line in front of the undrive pulley was actually on the pulley and in rubbed a hole in it. Looks like I have to replace line.
Well the line goes into the power steering pump and there's no way to get a wrench in there to remove it. Looks like I'm going to have to remove pulley just to get to the line.
Alternators off, power steering Rez is off, abs is off, now it's just time to go borrow a pulley puller and get at it. Looks like just remove 3/8 Allen bolt holding pulley on, slap the pulley puller on and get it off. Any advise?.

When I did that job on an LS2 it wasn't necessary to remove the pulley. In fact, I don't think it would even have helped.

You can get at the fitting from under the car using some extensions and a flare nut socket.

It was actually a little easier to access than the fitting on the rack.

C6 pump is held on with x4 13mm bolts.

Remove those and the bracket comes out.

C5 same thing, just need a slim 13mm wrench as the pulley doesn't have the 4 spokes.

There's also a tsb on that line, new one or 09up travels down to cradle then to rack.

It takes a 16mm wrench.

Well. The 4th bolt on the power steering pump was hiding from me. Turned the pulley and there it was. Removed pump, got to line, and removed it. Autozone will have a new one in the morning for me!!!
