please help door will not open

I assume you have no problem with starting the engine, the other door, or the trunk/hatch and you've tried it both passively (no fob button push) and actively (yes fob button push).
If that's correct, then the problem is the door latch solenoid is not being activated. It could be a wiring problem or the solenoid has failed. Search door latch solenoid for more info and a youtube video for replacement.

Looks like left and right sides. Not sure what (Remote) means when it comes to the locks.
