Default Can RDCLR effect Bluetooth?

I have a 2005 base. I installed a Pioneer AVH-X490BS head unit. Everything functions flawless except streaming music. It skips randomly much like a scratched CD would. The phone calls even work fine as far as I am aware. I have even swapped head units and the issue is still persistent. I've tried two different phones as well to see if it was a phone software issue. My last guess is it could be the RDCLR unit since it is located above the radio. I know it operates off a 315mhz signal and Bluetooth is a 2.4ghz signal. The vehicle suffers from the common no key fob found error about 50% of the time. So my question is because the RDCLR is searching for the key fob in the vehicle can that affect the Bluetooth signal?

In theory, no, it shouldnt. The newer C6's should have the RDCLR in the same spot and they have bluetooth OEM head units. That being said, I know that phones can interfere with the signal from the RDCLR to the FOB. I think it is the signal more than the bluetooth though.
