Looking on some ideas and experiences with fuel pump upgrade for bolt ons and nitrous. Doing a 100 shot right now on stock pump but would like to upgrade this winter.
I've got an Aeromotive 340 paired with FAST fuel rails and FAST 60lbs injectors and it had enough fuel 502whp N/A and 700whp on spray in an LS2. If you have anymore questions just message me brotha and I'll try to help

So,should I be looking at a aftermarket regulator too.....wasn't planning on doing a return style setup....
Doesn't mean you have to don't worry about fixing something that isn't broken brotha enjoy your car and if it does go bad it's an easy fix nothing to worry about

The stock regulator is in the tank and people like to upgrade it to outside units but some people end up leaving it as an in-tank unit but swap it to a BMW regulator or some madness like that

If it fails in tank...do you need to pull tanks again to install an external unit?

No you don't when the factory regulator goes bad you get all pump pressure that's how you know it went bad so you need to control that pressure.
No need to go back into the tank when is time for an external regulator.
Don't have to do a return at same time it will work flowless for a while.
When going with the 450 Walbro the bottom of the bucket must be hack off in order to supply the pump capacity lay the strainer flat on the floor of the tank be sure to buy it with strainer included and must use a hose clamp on the neck connection to the pump other wise will spit the hose no matter how tight the hose goes in and tank will have to come out again.
