axle over ???
I have is a 2011 and found a set of 2 1/2" axle over's but do not know what year they came off of. With the 09 change in the angle of the passenger side pipe is it correct to say I can't not use 05-08 axle over on a 2011 ?

Basically, yes that's true, the '05-'08 won't plug and play on the pass side, BUT almost anything can made to work with some fabrication, if necessary.
Edit: I guess I should add that if you discover you have an '08 set, you could make it work by finding an '08 X-pipe and use that.
