Electrical problem
You have the engine fuse box under the hood, then in the passanger foot well, you have the fuses on the BCM, the fuse box under the BCM that has a cover on it, then another one with cover to the right of the BCM.

with the covers removed at least on the fuse box to the right of the BCM; with the fuse box below the BCM cover still on,

Full Monty of the three fuse boxes and what each fuse does in the passenger foot well,

As for if all the fuses and relays are good, would start by diconneting the battery, then pull the red and blue connector from the BCM to clean there pins and sockets, then reinstall the connectors to see that solved the problem. If no, then may be a blow trace or cold solder joint in the BCM that you could correct yourself by pulling the BCM board to trouble shoot it (if you have the talent).
