Numbers on LS7 connecting rods

Numbers on LS7 connecting rods
Does anyone know what the numbers stamped into the rod big ends indicate. One set of numbers are matching on top and bottom half indicating they to stay together, the other number is the one that I have a question about, it would seem to be the Julian date of manufacture, can anyone confirm this?
