Default Seat back repair

Hello Corvette friends,

I'm repairing my drivers side seat bottom with the usual kit. Seems to work fine. But while I'm at it, I would like to adress the seat back bolster also. The metal on the outer side seat bolster seems to have eaten thru the foam, and I'm afraid thet the leather is next.
Is there a suggested procedure to fix this, or should I just try to add som extra foam?
I haven't even figured out how to remove the leather yet.

/Johan
