I've done it to three different C6 Corvette engine wiring harnesses. You'll need a good set of wiring diagrams. Collect them online via the various forums or buy a set of factory service manuals. A label maker is a worthwhile addition as well. Make notes about how the various circuits are grouped at the fuse panel. If you didn't get the fuse panel then you'll be identifying the wires at the large multi wire connectors. You'll be replicating it with your own fuse box. Buy and use dual wall heat shrink tubing with the adhesive in various sizes to cover any new wiring joints you make. Identify which circuits require ignition power and which circuits require battery power.
Once you see how much work is required you might just want to send it in to be converted. I recommend Current Performance. Speartech is highly recommended as well but they no longer convert harnesses.
Hey Kens80v Thank you very much for the help and directing me in the right path much appreciated! You think I could get a set of service manuals from the dealer?
