Really no way of answering this with the info provided. If you changed a primary engine management sensor after the tune, without seeing the tune, there is no way to help. Suggest you go back to the tuner to get it sorted out. He can probably answer it just knowing how he set up the speed density.
all i got right now the car is in storage.. the Iat is just before the throttle body on the underside.. removed the maf harness and tapped into the 2 lines and ran it to the new sensor.. I was told it didnt matter the colors on the sensor as long as i had the right 2 from the car side.

You were told correct polarity doesn't matter.
There is some scaling you can change in the tune, but to be honest most of the gm iat sensors are close in calibration so you shouldn't have to change anything to make it read at least marginally close without tune changes. Do you have anything that can read iat?
Are you throwing any other codes other than the ones for the maf being missing and p0113?

I just have some shitty $30 scanner for codes.. It didnt want to start first, 2-3 trys didnt want to stay running and the 4th try it stayed running and left it running for about 20 mins.. then i shut it off and restarted fine a few times.. ( car has been sitting since october) but only the p0113 code popped.
