where should the dipstick read, 3rd hole? right now mines on the first hole.

Level should read near or at the 3rd hole(Full mark). Your down a quart

so I put a quart in after only being read on the first hole on dipstick, now I'm overfull by about a 1/4 inch or less, should I take some out or just run it?
