Reduced Power Mode
So I'm driving down the road yesterday, 45 or so MPH and boom, reduced power mode and the car just cuts off. Get it restarted after ten minutes or so and get to where I was going (20 mins away) and back home (40 mins back). Check the code and it's P0606. I know that's the ECM. Would I need to replace it at this point or just wait and see if/when it happens again? Bone stock C6 for the record. Thanks for any info fellas.

Generally it takes a few start\stop cycles to to clear codes. I would check the wires\plugs and the battery. Battery being the biggest problem. Check to see how old it is. You mamay just want to buy a new one and call it a day. Maybe go through a few start\stop cycles, drive it short distances and see what happens. Do you have Vette specialist close to you? May want to take it to them if you are still having issues and giving that same code.
