If you are talking about the h/X-Pipe, yes, and the best way to remove the mufflers is to remove the X-Pipe first.
Jack the car up and support it. Remove the exhaust clamps at the rear over axle pipes, remove the hanger bolts and the bolts at the front. Lay on your back with feet towards the rear of the Corvette, grab the X Pipe near the front and shake the snot out of it as you pull towards the front of the Corvette.
