Default 2007 Chevy Corvette (base) the P0121 code

I have a 2007 Chevy Corvette (base) the P0121 code "Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch "A" Circuit Range/Performance" Can someone please help me on what to do, and whether I can replace it myself. Thank you in advance!

I can't actually help but here's what I can offer:

First, you describe your OBD code P0121 as "Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor". The "pedal" has nothing to do with this code. Don't think about pedal for now.

Your P0121 code means a problem with the Throttle Position Sensor. If you just want to throw money and parts at it, you can replace the Throttle Body and that will probably fix it but there's no guarantee.

You should find someone to do a thorough troubleshooting of all of the possibilities.

Here's a previous discussion to give you an idea what you could be getting into:

Be patient for the more experienced guys to chime in over the weekend. They may have better news for you.

What is your skill level with small electronic repair?

Hence chances are the swipers on the TB position sensor needs to be cleaned, but you have to pull the TB apart to do such.

When you put the TB back on the car, will need to do a throttle relearn.
