Default Coil-Over Front Spring Rate Question / Thrust Bearing?

Looking at adding a set of coil overs to the front of my C6. In particular looking at a pair of Aldan's.
What spring rate is recommended for a supercharged 1000rwhp c6? I would like to not sacrifice ride quality too much, but I know there is added weight in the front with the supercharger kit.

Also, are thrust bearings not really necessary? I plan on having the shop adjust the height at install, and will likely never adjust the height again.

Thank you for the help.

Think I'm going to pass on the thrust bearings.

Should I go with 500lb or 550lb Spring Rate for the front? Keep in mind that the car has a AA Supercharger, for added weight if that matters.

Thank you.

Only doing the fronts? I would go with 550 because of the weight of the SC.

Yes just doing Fronts for now, funds are a bit tied up in doing stuff around the house unfortunately haha.

Why not just turn the bolts on the factory springs.

The 80lbs or so of the SC should not have a big effect on spring rate needed. I would contact someone in the know, or look at the vikings from CPR. Great setup with lots of happy people. He knows exactly what springs to use and run.
