Green wire behind right taillight?

Hi guy,

im in the process of installing a backup camera and noticed that there is a lone green wire not connected to anything behind the right tail light closest to the licence plate. Any idea what it is??

Green wire

I believe it is part of the antenna system, either AM or FM. Not sure where Sirius antenna located.
