Well, is the car new to you? FOB batteries good? Do the FOB buttons light up when pushed? Did you check the fuse panel under the passenger floor panel to see if the controller is there and hooked up properly?
Could be a bad controller, they do go bad occasionally. Or a wiring / ground attachment problem, pretty common. Maybe post a couple pics of what you have, FOBs and controller installed.
agree with comments above. check your fuse panel behind passenger footwell. IF you have mild to wild, you should see a blade plugged into where the exhaust fuse normally lives - and extends to a small module with ground wire and short antenna. This of course, if you have the factory NPP dual mode exhaust. simple thing to do if this is the case is to replace the mild to wild blade plugged into the fuse block with a 10a fuse. if dual mode is STILL all open, you likely have a bad solenoid - located behind the RR taillight. somewhat a bear to get to, but simple to replace. otherwise you might have NPP vacuum line issues... happened to me a few years back, the solenoid was visibly cooked. I recall Dano saying the NPP was designed bass ackwards - the solenoid is engaged and overworked excessively.

Fob light lights up on both fobs. It worked last fall when I put it to bed. This is the factory dual mode exhaust.
