You need to add details of the car.
you need to add details of what u did to your tune.(or just post it here)
no clue what this has to do with a relay. You also don’t specify which relay .
the code is misfire on cyl 3. So check plug, wire, coil, wiring, injector. You could swap components from cyl 3 to another cyl to see if the problem chainges cylinder. Check compression on 3 too.
But the sum of all those comments is you did not give enough details for anyone to help you.
