Sorry to hear when that rock flew up off the road and damaged your radiator causing all your damage.good thing that your comprehensive auto insurance is paying for all the damage.good luck with it

Problem is really more about the containment fluid in the torque converter, which can not be drained until it's pulled and even then would be a PITA to try to flush it without cutting it apart if it does not have a drain plug/adding a drain port instead.
Even them, still would be up in the air what the Dexcool did to the Sync pads and the torque converter clutch pad.
Thanks for the comments. A little background on our 2011 coupe. September of 2016. Hit a deer at 60mph. Impact on right front corner. Replaced nose, right headlight assembly, and right front fender. Could be the force of the impact bent or slightly twisted a support bracket. And this eventually caused the failure of a transmission cooler pipe or tube. Will know more when we get the car back and look at the old radiator. Life is an adventure! Drive 'em like you stole 'em.

Save the old radiator, have the shop document the paperwork thoroughly and call the insurance and reopen the claim immediately!!!
