2007 telescoping steering wheel inop.

I just bought a Yellow C6 . It's a 2007 with 49k miles . Auto trans and loaded with NAV, HUD, memory seats, etc.
The car is flawless and the only thing I can find wrong with it is the Telescoping steering wheel.
It does not move in either direction, and there are no clicking or motor noises at all. It's total quiet when I move the switch in either direction.
It's in a comfortable position now, but I would like to get it fixed.
Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure the plugs under the seat are secure. They talk to the steering adjuster.

Tech II on the car to check the steering though tool activation testing.
This will weed out of the problem is in the switch, the memory module, or the column telescoping motor.
