Just purchase my first Corvette 2005 C6 Coupe ,And already have a big problem ,Have been drive Porsche many years ,But here is my problem ,After i brought the car home everything was good ,But after the first time i filled the car up with fuel i smell full very bad ,So i want on line and found out about the fuel pump leaking on the top on the driver side so i remove the plate under the left fuel tank,and the place and on the side of the fuel tank had fuel from the top running down the side and wow that could have had the car catch fire ,Now here is my problem i order a new pump from my local dealer but i cant seen to see how to release the crossover tube for letting the tank come out ,ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED , Im out in the country in lower Alabama ,I'm use to working on my own cars and airplane ,but cant see how to remove this tube from the tank ,My telephone number is 3348683580 my NAME IS GREG ,AND email is gregstil7@aol.com
