I actually did do a search, read through he first ten..... and thought I'd see if anything stands out to anyone.
New to me 06 Base. Bone stock. 14k miles.
Symptoms were dead battery, jumped it.. Used it every day for about a week with no issues. (full charge when parked) Sat of 4 days and the battery was dead. 2 month old AC Delco. Charge to full out of the car. Noticed a spark when attaching cables.
Used the multimeter and I have a 4.0 amp draw somewhere. The eng compartment light bulb had been removed already so that's not a part of the equation.
Are there any high draw issues that stand out to anyone? There are absolutely no other issues electrically.
Not a mechanic here but I had a similar problem and hooked up the multi meter and started pulling and re-installing fuses one at a time until the draw went away. Check what that fuse is for. That will get you looking in the right area and make it a lot easier to locate the exact cause.

That'll be the next step. Thought I'd check in here and see if there were any common issues to check first. Only thing I've ruled out is any lights, or the OnStar (pulled its fuse)
Ok, not a fan of admitting my own dumb a$$ery. But here goes. Battery originally died as the map/footwell light switch got turned on by yours truly cleaning the dash. After some digging, the C6 draws approx. 4 amps for about 10 minutes upon shutdown/reconnection of battery. Leaving the multimeter connected and then waiting about 20 mins shows the draw to now be about 3 milliamps.
