Default replacement exhaust over stock

l'm Iooking for a replacement exhaust system for my base model 2009 L-S3 with six speed . Just wanting a little more rumble over stock , not loud . Any options out there , I have seen a factory C7 vette with a suspension selection switch to sport mode which made the exhaust a little more throaty using a solenoid valve ? Any thoughts .

Yes. I had it on my 05. It was quiet while cruising or on the highway, but when I jumped on it, the car sounded great. The car didn’t sound like a Impala when idling, but not obnoxious. I think there may be some sound clips on YouTube.

Does your car have the GM NPP mufflers with the valves? If not find you a set off the 09-13 base or grand sport model that has the valves and just install them. The valves will stay open all the time. You don't have to do the vacuum lines if you don't want to. Cheapest option and it will make you happy.

Drone depends on the person. To me mine didn't drone with stock manifolds. But I changed it when I started my build. So I don't know how it is with headers and all.
