Power Stop Rotors/Evolution Brake Kts?

Replaced the rear brake rotors on my wifes Altima with their drilled and slotted rotors and their pads. While breaking in the pads I noticed a noise in the driver side rear area. Took the caliper back off , pulled the pads and one of them had delaminated . A large chunk of the pad was missing. Have done many brake jobs and I have never seen this happen before. Could be a one off failure but no way will I ever use them on my C6.

I have their street warrior Z26 brake upgrade kit for the fronts & rears sitting in boxes in my garage, Has anyone have any experience with this kit?

449er, is that the kit we ordered from Advanced Auto? Mine are sitting in the boxes also, I’ve got to get off my *** and get them installed. A lot of the reviews seem to be mixed but as long nothing is broken like Paul1966's I think there ok for the street.

Your right it had to be. I really figured they would cancel our orders. I plan on painting the center of the rotor black and then my calipers red. Hopefully whatever they coated the rotors with will keep it from rusting. I will post a couple of pics when I get off my but.

I hooked up with an old buddy who purchased them for his C6Z, loves them with no complaints. I pulled the trigger, didn't get the steal that you guys did from advanced auto, but for $200 shipped...I wont complain too much.
