Fan belt length question

Default Fan belt length question
Hey all,
i have stuffed a C6 ls into my car.
I have after market pulleys and brackets.

i have measured the length of the fan belt run at 98.5 inches pulled snug.
when getting a belt should I get one shorter than measured length to allow the tensioner to pull tight?
If so, how much length should I remove when I go shopping?
