Default Pro Charger

Hi guys been awhile since ive been in here anyways I had my 2006 base c6 tuned and installed kooks long tubes, xpipe and borla s series, making 410 rwhp. Im looking into superchargers now, I like the pro chargers and was wondering what I should do to the stock ls2 motor if I add the pro charger??

A&A and ECS both make great kits...they're very comparable. Given your geography, I'd probably lean towards ECS in NJ.

the A&A kits were on sale last week for $4,950. HPA (HORSEPOWERADDICTS) has the sale going on still for about $6,500. installed and tuned.prefer it over the procharger.HPA not far from your location

Centrifugal will make more power than a TVS-2300 before becoming a heat pump, but TVS-2300 make more torque quicker isntead.

So when thinking S/C, think of how you are going to use the car to begin with.

If for strip work where most of the time on boost your going to be at higher RPMS, Centrifugal makes more sense since you can push the unit past the 650hp.

If for road coarse track work where 650hp is more than enough that you really want to limit a TVS-2300 too, where you may have a corner that you need to one gear higher grunt out of so you don't run out RPMs/have to shift before you exit the corner, TVS works better instead.
Hence same corner on a N/A car that you would just clutch slip on the initial out to run the higher gear isntead.

A&A and ECS are both better kits than Procharger. The kits come with everything you’ll need for your LS2. I would also add a meth kit if looking to make more than 600whp. You don’t need to do any internal mods to the motor unless you’re looking for 800+ whp. Drag radials and a clutch are also recommended depending upon your driving style.

Let us know if you want us to put together a package for you or if you want to send the car down to us for the build. We are around 7hrs south. We have some great deals on the A&A packages. We can also ship parts to you if you have someone local to install and tune.
