c6 won't load cd consistently
When I load a cd it takes numerous tries to get it to load. If get one to load it plays fine with no issues. Sometimes I can't get a cd to load all. It seems as if the mechanism just doesn't get it to seat properly. I'm looking for suggestions on how to correct the problem, hopefully, without having to remove the unit from the dash. This is a 2007 single disk player.

Nav or base unit? (I am not certain with the single disk player description).
In other words the disk won't go into the CD slot?
Or do you mean the disk enters the slot/ unit but won't play?
You can try compressed air and/or a CD disk cleaner, but removal and
deep clean would be my idea when the units begin to give trouble.

Kenny, this is the base unit without the nav. The unit takes the cd but it seems like it doesn't finally seat properly. You can hear it go through a couple of cycles of trying to seat the disk and then it spits it out.
