Default Traction control active with 17s?

What's up guys, so I recently bought some 17x11 welds and put some 315/35/17 tires but as soon as I go over 60mph the traction control active message pops up and can't do fill throttle, never happened with stocks or my other set of wheel 345/30/19, I'm guessing it's because of the new shorter (in height overall) tire, I know I can just turn off traction control but rather not have this problem, car is stock height 08 z51 will lowering the whole car fix the problem? Shorter tires up front? I'm getting 305/45/17 next week but still want to know if I can do anything to make these tires work. Thank you

I had a similar issue, you need a taller rear or a shorter front tire. What made you decide to get such a small tire?

You can fix speedo and trans issues this way, but changing tire size in the tune does not affect how traction control works.
