Default Hid low beam problems

Hi all
Looking for some help. Purchased my 2009 c6 last year. Passenger side low beam went out and I replaced the ballast during my first month of ownership and the light is functioning perfect to this day. Last month the driver’s side low beam went out.

I did the following:
1. Changed lowbeam bulb
2. Changed ballast (bought from a corvette vendor, not sure if they sponsor us here. Was not oem, but it was new)
3. Changed relay
4. Changed fuse and wiring harness looks good.
5. Swapped bulb from the working side (passenger)
The light still does not work, any ideas as to what to check next? Maybe the new ballast was bad? I even cleaned the ground wire connection to the frame.

I saw a vendor here sells d1s leds that are powered by the battery and not the ballast, anyone have any experience with those?

I would see if power is getting to the ballast from relay and then from the ballast to the bulb. It says that you have changed parts, but did you test the circuits to make sure that power is getting to the bulb?

Just my opinion on what I would do.
