Transmission Fluid Change
Gents what A6 trans fluid are you running/recommend? About to do a round of maintenance before shipping vehicle. At the moment I have about 55K miles.

I just had mind done, at the recommended 5 years or 50,000 miles, and had the dealership do it, for what they charged I let them did it, why bother with the mess, and jacking the car to gain access.

AC Delco Dexron VI is the factory fill. When you change the fluid, you only get about 1/2 out, so adding the exact same brand back in, assures perfect compatibility.
Be sure to get a filter too.

@1bdvet how much did it cost you at the stealership? That may be my best option, unless I do a converter while the blower is going in.

Just checked my owners manual on my 13 GS. The recommended A6 fluid change is by mileage only. Standard driving: 97.5K Miles and Severe: 90K miles
Cooling system change 5 years or 50K miles.
You can do this earlier if you want. As mentioned above I wouldn't mix fluids..
