C6 coilovers
Okay, I've done some searches and haven't found what I'm looking for, so, with that being said.....
I'm looking for a set of reasonable priced coilovers. I run autocross and a few track day events throughout the year. Initially I was interested in the AFE PFADT featherlite coilovers, but after reading some of the forum post last night, I think I'll pass on those, even though the price is in my budget.
I looked up Koni's website and spoke to them on the phone and they only sell the dampers, no coilovers.
I just got off the phone with Bilstein and the gentleman informed to me that they don't sell coilover shocks for the C6, but a company called G2 will make a set of coilovers with Bilstein dampers and hyper springs. I've done a web search and can't seem to find any info on this company. I figured the forum would steer me in the right direction, at least I hope so.
So, what are popular coilovers that won't break the bank? Are BC coilovers any good? I do like the fact that you can change the ride height without changing the spring rate, but will they hold up over time. I watched a youtube video on them last night and the company has been around for quite a while, 20 something years or so.
I noticed that a lot of people on the forum seem to like the Penske coilovers, but I'm sure they'll break my budget.
Thanks in advance for any input!

LG stuff gets good praise and work great. Would check them out.
First step for any road race stuff would be a call to Louis@Gspeed and just chat with him. He will know exactly what to do.

I had installed BC coilovers on my 2006 Gto and absolutely loved them on that car. I have zero reasons not to install BC on my C6. You must at least entertain BC for the price.

Question, when converting my C6 over to coilovers set up, should I go ahead and plan on buying adjustable sway bar end links and a bump steer kit?
Thanks

I believe the LG Bilstein set up will probably be less expensive even after adding a end link kit and bump steer kit.
Thanks for your help & suggestion.

Yes, the G2's are the hypercoils with matched bilsteins. I would not recommend getting the shortened shock bodies.
Bumpsteer kit and adjustable endlinks are not required.

OP, I have been looking at the PFADT featherlite coilovers for my Z06, can you tell me why you are not going with those? I can't find the answer, are they breaking? bad service? unhappy customers? please share.

ALl of the above, plus poor performance compared to others.
