Default Bolt torque specs?

Is there a website or app anywhere that can provide torque specs for various parts on an 08 base? Suspension most importantly. Just changed my shocks, spring and had to pull the upper control arms and sway bar. Still not sure they’re tight enough when I put them back.
Thanks in advance Friends

For the upper control arms, it's 48 lbs/ft for a z06 with the aluminum frame. I think the steel frame cars are higher.
