Default C6 Fuel Pump

Looking to replace my original OEM pump before I have any issues with it.

What’s the best replacement pump to support 600-700 rwhp N/A?

Haven't had any issues with my stock pump + bap making 700 after years of abuse.

Any 320+ twin pump setup will support 700.

Would this be an improvement over the OEM pump:

Just ordered a pump and the 2 wiring harnesses Jack at Racetronix recommended. Great guy and took the time to explain everything to me

Certainly recommend going with Racetronix vs. ordering a pump from GM.

If it is just on 93 i dont see why you would do anything other then a boost a pump so much work to change pumps if you dont need to.

A boost a pump gives your pump more volts to increase pressure, this can prematurely burn your pump out.

I’m only changing my pump because as I’ve got to change my clutch. So I want to do everything else I can while I’m under there to prevent future issues.

Racetronics was really helpful in expaining everything that would be of benefit, and as a road race engine builder, I could certainly tell this wasn’t their first time around the block.

I got the TU 476 from Racetronix (later model Z06 pump). It flows 10% more than the earlier Corvette pumps (see chart in link above). Note if your car is a 2007 and later the ohm reading on the fuel pump sensor was reversed as compared to the early years. The later years the low fuel tank is a higher ohm reading (like 240 ohms), the earlier years the low tank reading was closer to 0 ohms. So the year of the car is important. I had a 2006 and I needed to swap out the fuel sender reader. The TU476 came with the later model fuel sender. The reason they changed over is because as the fuel senders got stuff on them and the thus raising the ohms people who ran there tank really low were getting false reads saying they had 1/8 of a tank when they had none.

Good looking out Double06,
I actually talked with Jack about everything and he told me where you can adjust the table in HP Tuners if need be, I actually got the 475 module, so I think I’ll be ok.

Really appreciate your input on this
