Default Recommend coilover shocks spring rates?

I'm getting ready to purchase some coilovers and was wondering what coil spring rates, front & rear, are people running for street and track/AX events? Does anyone know what the OEM leaf spring rate is?

Thanks!

ttx350z, I have a 2005 Z51 with a OEM Grand Sport wide body conversion. I’m running 20” rear and 19” front wheels.

I don't know any better nor do I have the time to test them so I went with LG G2's. Give them a call and they will recommend spring rates and package them with matched shock valving.

I'm selling a set of LG G2s in excellent shape with less than 5k on them and 3 sets of springs to dial it in how you want if you're interested. They came with 700lbs on the front and 600lbs in the back. That setup was INSANE and handled like it was on rails!! I later installed a set of 425lb springs in the front and 500lb springs in the back to appease the wife which worked great! I'm selling the car so she's going back to stock. $1450 USD plus shipping

700 front and 650 rear will get you in the ballpark. swaybar sizes?
