Fuel pressure advice needed
Car is
2008 ls3
416 stroker
stage 2 cam
tfs heads
stock intake manifold
k&n performance cold air intake
long tubes , hi flow cats, npp
3000 stall converter
car made 520 wheel on questionable tune.
Ive had my tuner do a couple quick things and changed wot to 12.2. It was set at 13-1.
I recently installed a fuel pressure gauge.
It reads 60psi idling & normal driving and any spirited driving (1/2 throttle or more) it dips down to 55psi and stays there all the way to shift point 7k.
Ive not tested in a tall gear as I don’t want to go 180mph but I did it in 3rd and 4th and pressure stays at 55psi.
i believe that the fuel system is 100% stock including pump, lines and injectors.
I plan on installing an adjustable wet n20 kit soon and starting with 50hp and maxing our at 100hp.
I also have a wide band that I haven’t installed just yet. I won’t even try the n20 kit until that’s installed.
any thoughts regarding fuel pressure / supply?
