Hi there. I had to replace my 2011 gas pedal/sensor. I had a reduce power error and the new pedal fixed it. I have the Grand Sport with Automatic transmission
One thing I noticed is that I don't seem to have the acceleration off the line as I did before.
Do I need to calibrate the new sensor? The part is GM factory replacement. Any procedure to follow?
According to GM service procedures, there is no calibration or programming listed. It simply looks like a plug & play part. It'll usually say if it needs further attention after the part is replaced.
