Default Which mod list is "better" ?

I realize this is an open ended question but let's make this as close to Apples vs Apples. Backstory: I'm looking to buy a Z06 that has the heads done and they either seem to come stock or with a random set of mods which makes it difficult to compare. This will be a daily driver 95% and I'll probably do 4-5 track events per summer aka lapping days not competitive racing. I also want a car that has good street manners, the first one says it's been tuned to get rid of the cam surge.

I've found two that interest me and given their mod list which car sound most suitable to my planned usage:

1) 2008 Z06 Engine Modification by Cliff Summers (Tech at 21st Century Muscle Cars):

· Stock TB and intake are completely ported - Peak Speed shop in CO

· Heads - Reher Morrison Racing Engines - CNC ported and hand finished by Darin Morgan. The intake valves are factory, exhaust are solid stainless, new springs

· Comp Cams - trunnion upgrade

· Katech K501 Camshaft

· Carbon Fiber K&N Open Air Cleaner

· Stock bottom end

· Pfadt 1 7/8" with catless X – NPP Stock Mufflers

· Tuned by Matt Garzoni and 21st Century Muscle cars in Addison.

· 593rwhp on 93 with a strong TQ curve at 517rwtq

· 21st also replaced the diff/trams fluid

· New Parts Installed July 2017 – lifter chirp

· Cam K501 Katech KAT-6701

· Timing Chain Katech - HME-G68V-2

· Belt Tensioner Katech - KAT-A4425-BLK

· Lifters Johnson 2110

· Push Rods - Comp 7.775

· GM Lifter Trays

· GM Head Gaskets

· New Z06 Clutch GM LS7 Stock

· Head Bolts - ARP 134-3610

· Crank Bolt - ARP 234-2504

· Pat G drivability Tune

Suspension Mods:

· Pfadt Featherlite Coil Overs – Single Adjust

· Pfadt Sway Bars front and rear

· Performance Friction – ZR33 Big Brake Kit

· SPL Parts Bumps-steer kit front and rear

**************************************** ************************************

2) All mechanical work was done by Jonathan Anderson/Nemesis Racing and

SS LSX for your tuning pleasure. Most mods done within the last 10k miles.

Best bet, would be to find a Z06 with stock suspension still good, and at most of the motor, stock with SS vavles, and heart beat super charger.

Hence without knowing the age of the suspension or other mods, may have a suspension/motor that is ready for rebuild.

As for the LS7, problem has been the available room under the hood to get a LS7 to breath all the way up to 7K to pull hard to its Stock red line limit, and with the super charger just making enough air pressure on the top edge, motor will pull hard to 7K/ put you in the 650hp range, and the motor not different in manners than a stock motor. Better than this even, just off idle with the heart beat, the motor is putting out close to 600ftlbs of linear torque as well.

As for your best best, find a Bone stock Z06 to start with, so you not having to deal with someone elses mod problems and can build it to your needs isntead.

I wouldn't expect either of those cars to do well on a road course. Road course needs specific stuff. Start with a stock car, and then do the correct mods for lapping days. Get the heads fixed, then brakes, tires, oiling system, suspension. You don't need more power for lapping days until you become a very advanced driving.
