This is what I use with my bluetooth devices. Found it on Amazon.

TaoTronics Bluetooth 5.0 Transmitter and Receiver, 2-in-1 Wireless 3.5mm Adapter (aptX Low Latency, 2 Devices Simultaneously, For TV/Home Sound System)

I keep an old iPod Nano plugged in the USB all the time. Leave it on shuffle. Actually like it better than XM.

For Bluetooth:
Amazon - $17 - Mpow Bluetooth Receiver, Streambot Mini Bluetooth Car Aux Adapter / 10Hrs Hands-Free Car Kits / Portable Wireless Music Adapter for Car/Home Audio Stereo System (CSR/HFP/HSP/A2DP/AVRCP/Built-in Mic)

For standard AUX to AUX, any $5 dual male cable will work fine.

I use a Bluetooth FM transmitter that plugs into the 12v outlet. Never needs to charge!

However, I do have to turn it off overnight or else the battery will die!
