Default Car will not even try to turn over

Hello on my 2006 basemodel I went big blower over my last v3si setup and went ls3 top end with a 3bar map sensor. Now the car wont even try to turn over....I push the button to start it and it just acts like it turns off or dies. Battery is brand new tests perfect and I have now 2 codes P0851 and P1631... Any advice on where to look for information or what to do would be greatly appreciated. I just want the car to run again...

Thank you!

The neutral safety switch is what prevents the car from trying to start while it's in gear, or conversely, only lets it start when it's in neutral or Park. If it's acting up (like it appears to be based on the P0851 code) then the car thinks it's in gear and subsequently won't let it start or turn over.
