When my 2011 GS (A6) was bone stock, it made 371 RWHP
Installed headers and x-pipe with cats and a dyno tune ... It made 405 RWHP on the same dyno
+ 34 RWHP gain
the only way this would be believable is if you would have tuned it first, but you didn't. if you had just tuned it first you would have found yourself at the 400 make any way. if you look at the stock manifolds they look like cast shorty headers, and they work pretty well too, I love that everyone thinks they know something that GM doesn't
C6 Z06 and ZR1 mid pipes are 3", and '06-'10 C6 Z06 came with H pipe, 2011+ came with X-pipe...but the '12/'13 models have the extra 2 cats attached before the X. '09-'13 C6 ZR1 came with X pipe, but again the '12/13' models have the 2 extra cats. No idea on Base/GS for H versus X, but pipe diameter is 2.5" for all years.
The base 2008+ C6 corvettes came with "X" pipes. I believe the base pre 2008 came with "H" pipes.
Having had both, the biggest difference between the two are more for sound than power. Normally, H pipe will have a deeper sound than the X pipe. The X pipe does a better job scavenging exhaust at higher rpm and the H pipe at lower rpm. Comparing the two, expect 1-3 average HP from the X pipe and the same for the H pipe in average torque.

There is no way in hell that you can take a bone stock LS3 and get an extra 30 RWHP from just a dyno tune.
