Rear wheel side to side play
I have a C6Z, and the rear wheels have a lot of play side-to-side (toe). I believe this is the tie rod ends.
Looking online, some people have noted that C5 rear tie rods don't fit the C6, and vise-versa.
However, SPL parts (who I trust when it comes to suspension parts) says that their rear tie rod ends will fit both the C5 and C6 - is this because the adjustable nature gives it more thread to play with?

Now when you grab the tires (vehicle is lifted in the air by the lift points and not the tires ) at 12 and 6 o'clock and then at 9 and 3 o'clock where do you see the movement in the suspension components when you see the play?
I should have rephrased my original question; I'm more curious about whether the SPL tie rods really do fit both the C5 and C6, because some have mentioned C5 tie rods aren't compatible with C6 ones.
