remove dash or live with it?
At first is was sort of a random little "pop" sort of sound, but now ti happens all the time across the front underside of the dash.
A sort of popping and creaking like you would get on the deck of ship rolling in the ocean.
On the highway with no stress on the frame it doesn't do it. But around town turning and hitting hills and such it is very frequent.
Can anyone shed light on this for me?

Well your question is whether or not to tear the dash apart and try and solve the problem. It obviously bothers you or you wouldn't have posted. I predict that you will live with it until you no longer can and then you will attempt to find the cause. The real question is, how long will you live with the annoyance before you can't stand it any longer? And again, since you posted the question, my guess is you will be tearing into the dash sooner than later. But really how can we help you in your decision since we don't have to deal with the annoyance. On the other hand, you could just live with it until your hearing is gone to the point that the noise goes away on its own.

Good luck in whatever you decide.

That little fn grill can make a lot of noise and different times and then be completely silent...
The sound seems to come from across the entire underside of the dash towards the front.
I'm really trying to find out if anyone else has experienced this, and if so, what did they do.
Removing the dash would be the last ditch effort IMO. Removing that, and you can create a lot more squeaks and rattles. If nothing loose can be found around the footwell on driver and passenger sides, then remove the radio surround console, the Nav/Radio unit, etc. You may find something rubbing and causing that sound to be transmitted.
Good luck
Report back if you do find the culprit.
