Solved my fuel pump electrical issue
Anyway, after mowing today got back after it trying to figure out what in hell was going on. Looked up a schematic on the relay, energized the pump in the fuse block and low and behold: it started!
Checked and was not getting the 'go' signal to the relay. Also checked the ground. 43k Ωto ground
Pulled the fuse panel apart and checked again. Same. All the other green wires were 0 Ωto ground. Soldered a fresh ground to that green wire and ran it straight to the battery (what? 6 or 8 inches?) and was 100% confident that it would start. It did!
No idea why the ground broke, not too worried about it but will scope out under the car when I have it up in the air next time to see what in hell is going on with the clunks I"m hearing on every single bump in the road

Until then, I'll get 'er out and run 'er a bit to see. Still ahead on AAA...2 tows in the 3 years I've had it. $45 for the first one and $75 for the second. Cheaper than the $100+/year for AAA

Shed pic and mid-fix pic:
Its refreshing to see some actual diagnosis going on here, contrary to the typical internet story.
It's sad how much time and money are wasted without it, just swapping parts in hoping to get lucky.
