No start issue no crank

No start issue no crank
2008 c6 z06 .
Car was running perfectly fine ,I had my tuner hook up to lower my rev limiter when the car died .. got the car home went to start it and nothing. gauges light up on ACC like normal but when I push button to start gauges shut off for 10sec then they power up . No crank no click nothing . Battery is good (optima) had it checked ,cables good torqued to 11ftlbs and new starter .. tried to connect my scanner powers up but says no link
