My 2005 C6 suddenly shows both enginelight and tracktionlight, and shows "Service Tracktion System" in display.
it wont shift gears, the engine seems sluggish and the speedo sometimes work, others not...
Could be any number of things. I would start by putting a code reader on it and see what displays. Do you have access to purchasing or borrowing one in Norway?

yeah, I would do that if I had one available...I am bit far away from the nearest shop.

Any ODB2 will work, usually the more expensive ones offer deeper scanning and gives more information. They even have very specific ones based on the VIN # of your car which allows a great span of things that you can see and do. For my Corvette I have an Innova scanner( don’t recall what model) and one for my BMW is a Vin specific Foxwell. If I were you I’d get the Vin Foxwell for your car. My Foxwell was only about $150 and allows you to do so much more. Good luck
Just thought of something. Don’t know what regulations Norway has for imports and not sure if OBD2 even works there. You might want to see if it’s even an option. If OBD2 is used there you likely have auto repair places that can scan your car for you. Many shops in the USA do it for free. Look into that also.
In thr long run it’s always best to have your own, for a nominal price you can check a code or problem anywhere anytime.
