Billy boat cat backs
On a 2005 vette z51, the billy boat route 66 cat back system
it is too quiet for me, so has anyone tryed drilling holes up inside the tips / exit pipes
you can get a drill bit up there with a extension , coild go up to 1/2 " holes
wonder if this would give it a deeper tone and slightly louder ?

I don't think drilling holes will improve the sound or give you what you're looking for. You may be better off selling them on the CF C6 Sales Forum, and purchase something like the B&B Bullets that provide a deeper tone without the resonance. You may find a used set in great condition. This is what I have on my C6 GS.
