2007 convert. Door lock actuator
Have a c6 2007. Drivers door lock will not release i can here it click but won,t open. The hand pull in trunk will open it. Passenger side fine. Any thoughts or sugestions. Can,t use the car. Door relese buttons are fine. Thanks joe//////// FOUND OUT MY PROBLEM AFTER ALL THE EASY THINKS WERE CHECK. IT WAS THE ELECTRONIC DOOR LATCH ASSY. IT TOOK ABOUT 30 TO 40 MINUTES TO COMBLETE NO BROKEN OR SPARE PARTS. WORKS LIKE NEW.

Most likely the Exterior Door Switch Pad, GM #22751230. Available from Cultrag (Forum vendor) for ~ $15. You can also try disassembling the existing one & clean the connector contacts; reassemble the connector with a bit of dielectric grease on the contacts. If that fails, replace the switch pad.

i have the same problem for the past year......it is not my dd so I have dealt with it.
I swapped the pads, i swapped the motors in the pillar, checked the latches, i disconnected, cleaned and inserted with dielectric at the BCM still no go. First my pass side went out, then the driver side. I get the same window indexing, and clicking, but no open. No codes, no other issues. frustrating, but problem for another day. let me know what you find
